A maneuverability-first model built for jobsites with frequent repositioning and small-to-mid-diameter supplementary coring. It delivers 1,900W of output and handles handheld coring up to approximately 76 mm (3") in concrete and up to approximately 125 mm (5") in brick. The D-handle design keeps the unit lightweight and easy to carry.

A supplementary unit that handles one step up in core diameter compared to the SCY-18/2EBM. Output is the same 1,900W, but the drill reaches approximately 125 mm in concrete when used handheld and up to approximately 150 mm when used with a stand. It is well positioned as a mid-diameter supplementary drill or a stand-compatible backup machine.

A model built for wet drilling management and on-site level verification. It delivers 2,100W, handles coring up to approximately 76 mm in concrete and approximately 105 mm in brick, with a maximum drilling depth of 380 mm. In addition to a 3-speed gearbox, it comes equipped with an external water seal and a spirit level.

Compared to the 18/2EBM, the key differentiator is water management and level confirmation. Compared to the 1780/3EBS, it offers greater operational stability for applications such as indoor renovation work where drilling accuracy and level alignment are critical.

CAYKEN Diamond Core Drills Are a Strong Fit for Contractors
Looking to Supplement Their Handheld and Mid-Diameter Coring Capacity

CAYKEN is well suited for contractors who already own a primary machine and need to add capacity for MEP penetrations, additional coring, renovation work, or surge jobsites requiring handheld to mid-diameter drilling. Each model has a different emphasis—maneuverability, capacity, or wet drilling management—making it easy to match the right unit to the specific application.

CAYKEN is a brand worth putting on the shortlist when the goal is to expand the number of drills available without a heavy upfront investment, or to identify a solid secondary or backup machine.

This site also features diamond core drills from a wide range of manufacturers beyond CAYKEN. Use this information to find the product that best fits your specific operational requirements.

Strengths of CAYKEN

Core drilling performance that covers the essentials—in a package that's easy to bring in as a supplementary unit

CAYKEN's strength lies in the consistency of its fundamental feature set across multiple models. Gear switching, overload protection, soft start, constant output control, and a safety clutch are standard on the majority of models.

Rather than competing on niche differentiators, CAYKEN is a brand that covers all the essential performance bases that matter most on the jobsite.

Clear role separation from handheld operation to stand-mounted use

In addition to its diamond core drill lineup, CAYKEN offers a separate category of dedicated core drill stands. The SCY-10BX stand features an aluminum column, angle adjustment from 0 to 45 degrees, wheels, clamp fixing, a vacuum base, and a quick-connect block.

This makes it easy to go beyond standalone handheld use and expand to stand-mounted operation whenever jobsite conditions call for it.

CAYKEN Maintenance & After-Sales Support Network

The service page on the official website outlines repair and maintenance intake, a 12-month limited warranty, and 24/7 technical support. Fault diagnosis and warranty claim procedures are also addressed on the same page.

Manual and document downloads, an FAQ page, and technical support articles are publicly available, giving users a solid set of entry points for post-purchase information and troubleshooting.
